In an effort to be more positive, I end my day by updating my Facebook status with a list of five joys from my day. I first heard about this on Oprah ten some odd years ago. I really like how it shapes my mind into an “Attitude of Gratitude” as one of my friends put it so eloquently. I find myself going through life’s little moments of frustration and finding myself focusing on the positive rather than the negative.
I’m trying to scale back my time on Facebook, so I am moving my Daily Joy’s to the blog. Look for them here mixed in with the other blog entries. There will be more of them too.
